Bookings are absolutely essential and are subject to availability. Not valid on Sundays or public holidays. Bookings must be made a minimum of seven days in advance

Service area is limited to a 25km radius of West Ryde. Service may be available outside of this radius for a surcharge of $10-$30. Gold Medal Property Services does NOT service residences within the 2000 postcode area. If unsure, please contact Gold Medal Property Services
Members can use up to three voucher for themselves and up to three as gifts for different recipients
A maximum of one voucher can be used per booking/household
Valid for residential properties only
Valid for carpet cleaning rooms no larger than 14m2 each, including bedrooms, lounge rooms and hallways
Rooms must be on the same level otherwise $10 surcharge per additional level applies (this includes stairs or elevator)
Offer does not include the moving of furniture. If required, heavy furniture can be moved for an additional surcharge of $10-$40, determined on a job by job basis and must be noted at the time of booking
Offer does not include vacuuming. It is recommended that small items are lifted off the floor and carpets are pre-vacuumed before service for best results
48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy applies, non-attendance and late cancellation voids voucher
