Casual pole dancing classes are a super fun way to get fit, plus you can mix and match your workouts with up to nine different class styles
There's Fitball; utilising an exercise ball to tone your body and increase core strength and balance, Kickboxing; where you'll learn the basics of kicking and punching and keep your heart rate up, Circuit; combining cardio and resistance training to burn calories and tone muscles, the signature Fever Workout and more
Class lengths vary between 45 to 60 minutes per session and run Monday to Saturday

ABT (Abs, Butt & Thighs)
ABT zones in on those specific problem areas such as your glutes, inner and outter thighs, calves and your core. ABT incorporates toning and cardio together to create a killer workout guaranteed to have you coming back for more!
Want to get your back more flexy? Then this is the class for you! This class specifically concentrates on increasing your back flexibility
Tone your entire body with Body Sculpt with the assistance of weights! Each class is designed with new exercises every 8 weeks, so your body is always challenged and so that you can learn new exercises to improve your strength and fitness.
Cardio Workout is a cardio based circuit class that focuses on getting your heart rate to its fat burning zone and maintaining it. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace.
Casual Pole classes however are fantastic for new comers to Pole Fever as they introduce you to what Pole Dancing is all about
Circuit classes are a quick and easy way to exercise, which combine cardio and resistance training together so you can burn calories and increase muscle tone all in the same workout. Guaranteed to lift your energy levels, and improve your strength.
This class will give you a taste teaser of the Beginners Pole Dancing course, Lap Dancing course and the signature "Fever Workout". You can then make up your mind on what course or class you would like to do!
The Fever Workout has been specially designed to incorporate elements of muscle building, balance, flexibility and abdominal core strength. Full choreography to the latest vibes, updated every 8 weeks you will leave this class feeling like you have had a fantastic workout.
An all over body workout, designed to increase your core strength, improve your balance and tone up your body. By using a Fitball this low impact class combine strength exercises with abdominal work to ensure a comfortable yet challenging workout for all participants. Through correct techniques and better balance you can tighten your tummy and improve your general posture while also gaining strength and flexibility.
Flex N Stretch
Improve your flexibility and stretch out those muscles! This class is dance specific, so it is aimed at getting you into the splits quick smart!
Increase your fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and strength through something fun and therapeutic! You will learn the basics of punching and kicking while keeping your heart rate up and also burning fat. Participants will learn how to maximise their speed and agility as well as power to get the most from their punches and kicks and also how to effectively guard against them.
