    We appreciate how frustrated you must be of waiting for your orders to arrive however; we have been advised by the supplier that all customers will receive their deliveries as follows: -

      

    Silence Sleeper: no later than 24/05/2013

     

    Duck Feather Pillows: no later than 31/05/2013

     

    Stylish Cardigan: no later than 31/05/2013

     

    The Chef Whizz Kitchen Set: no later than 03/06/2013

     

    We rely on our suppliers to provide their products to our customers on or before the anticipated delivery date and unfortunately, due to the unexpected large volume of orders that were placed for these products the supplier has had to order in more stock to meet demand. 

     

    Please accept our sincerest apologies and while it will not make your orders arrive any earlier please let us assure you that these particular suppliers otherwise have a favourable record of delivering by the date that has been initially specified.

     

  • Q. I haven't received my voucher, how do I get it?

    All of your vouchers can be viewed and printed online from your Cudo account, 24hrs after the offer has ended.

    Just follow these steps:

     Login to your Cudo account (click on “Log in or Sign up” in the top right hand corner of our web page)

    1. Select the “My Purchase History” tab
    2. Scroll down to the purchase that you want to view
    3. Click on the “View voucher” tab

     

    Note: vouchers can only be viewed or resent 24hrs after the offer has ended.

  • Q. I am not receiving my daily Cudo emails, how do I fix this?

    Sometimes your spam filter can prevent you from receiving Cudo’s fantastic offers in your inbox, this can be changed by:

    1. Logging onto your own personal email
    2. Look into your spam/junk email folder and mark any Cudo emails as not spam
    3. Or, simply add the emails ‘noreply@email.cudo.com.au’ and
      ‘noreply@wmail.cudo.com.au’  to your contact list or address book

     The Cudo daily email should then be recognised and be sent to your inbox instead of
    your junk mail folder.

  • Q. My voucher has expired before I could redeem it. Can I get my money back?

    Unfortunately, we can’t refund your voucher. But, it’s possible that the business may still allow you to use your voucher. It’s up to them though, so please contact the business to find out for sure.

  • Q. How can I unsubscribe from daily emails?

    Just look for the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.

    Or follow these steps:

    1. Login to your Cudo account
    2. Click on your account
    3. Under "Select your preferences" un-tick the box "Email my Cudo straight to my inbox"
  • Q. Why do I not receive my daily emails on time?

    Some email security settings are very strict which therefore block automated emails that Cudo send; by the time the emails have passed through their servers and gone through authentication it can sometimes be too late.

    We currently are aware of this issue mainly with customers using Bigpond email and are currently attempting to resolve this situation. 

    In the meantime customers can direct their daily emails to a web based email (hotmail, gmail or yahoo) to receive their daily deals on time.

  • Q. Will I be billed straight away when I click to buy on today's Cudo offer?

    You’ll only be billed when the minimum number of buyers required has been reached.

    If the offer has passed the minimum number when you buy, your credit card will be billed immediately. Your voucher will be sent to you 24 hours after the offer has ended. Enjoy!

  • Q. What happens if not enough people buy today's offer?

    Unfortunately, if the minimum number of buyers required is not reached the offer doesn’t go ahead.

    That would be a bummer, so get your family and friends to buy and push that offer over the line!

  • Q. What happens next once the minimum for the offer is reached?

    When the minimum number of buyers is met for the offer, your credit card will be charged... and you’ll have one fantastic offer!

    You’ll receive your receipt first. Then, your voucher will hit your inbox 24 hours after the deal has closed.

  • Q. How can I buy a Cudo offer for a friend?

    Just follow these steps:

    3. Fill in their name and enter a personal message!

    The voucher will then be automatically sent to your friend, in their name.

    Don’t worry, there is no Cudo price mentioned on the voucher and only you will see the invoice.

  • Q. I purchased an offer, when do I get my voucher?

    Your voucher will hit your inbox 24 hours after the offer has ended. If it’s not there, check to see if the offer is still going.

    You can also download your voucher (once offer has ended) from our site by following these steps:

    1. Login to your Cudo account
    2. Click on your account
    3. Click "My Purchase History"
    4. Find your voucher and click on "view my voucher" to download or print
  • Q. Will my Cudo voucher expire?

    Yes, all good things come to an end.

    Oh dear! If you have a problem trying to redeem your voucher with the business just click the ‘contact Cudo’ link below and we’ll help you out.

  • Q. What is a cudo credit?

    Cudo credit is currency that can be put towards your next offer purchase!

    Cudo credits can’t be exchanged for cash or used to buy gift certificates though.

  • Q. Can I buy a Cudo gift certificate?

    Yes you can! Buy a gift certificate right here and give it to a friend so they can have a great Cudo experience!

  • Q. Do they expire?

    Like all good things, gift certificates and Cudo credits have expiry dates.

    You can see the expiry date of your credit and gift certificates in your account area.

  • Q. How do I redeem them?

    If you have Cudo credit (like a gift certificate or sign up bonus voucher) you need to activate it before using it on one of our great offers!

    Just follow these steps:

    1. Login to your Cudo account
    2. Click on your account
    3. Under "Current balance" click on "Redeem a gift certificate" and enter in the certificate code (you will find the code in the email sent)

    To use your Cudo credit, just follow these steps:

    1. Login to your Cudo account
    2. Go to the offer you want and click “Buy Now”
    3. On the Checkout page, your credit will appear as a payment method
    4. Select to pay using the credit and enjoy your offer!

    If you can’t see your credit(s) at the Checkout, make sure you’re logged in.

  • Q. Can I refer as many people as I want?

    You sure can! The more Cudo family members, the merrier!

  • Q. I just sent a referral to a friend, how do I get $10?

    Hurrah! You’ll get an e-mail with a promotion code, once your friend makes a purchase using the link you sent them.

    Promotion codes are usually sent within 24 hours of your friend’s purchase.

  • Q. How much time is given to my referred friend for them to click on the link and purchase in order for me to receive $10?

    There is no timeframe but they have to make their first purchase using the referral link.

  • Q. Can I refer a friend in facebook and get cudo credit for it?

    Sadly, no. You can certainly mention us to your friends on Facebook!

    But to get credit for referrals, you need to e-mail them from the refer a friend section on the Cudo site.

    Your friends need to click the ‘refer a friend’ link that we send to them and sign up.

  • Q. Where do I see the offers I've purchased?

    You can find the list of what you purchased by:

    1. Login to your Cudo account
    2. Click on your account
    3. Click on "My Purchase History" to see a list of your recent purchases and vouchers.
  • Q. How do I reset my Cudo password?

    You can retrieve your password by:

    1. Login to your Cudo account
    2. Click 'Forgot Password?' link
    3. Enter your email address that you registered to Cudo with and press 'Reset'

    Your new password will then be sent to your email

  • Q. How do I change my email address/password?

    The Cudo password genie will grant you a new one! Just follow these steps:

    1. Login to your Cudo account
    2. Click on your account
    3. Click on “Forgot Password”
    4. Enter your e-mail address that you registered with Cudo and press ‘Reset’

    Your new password will then be sent to your e-mail

  • Q. How can I unsubscribe from daily emails?

    Just look for the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.

    Or follow these steps:

    2. Click on your account

    You can click here to close your account but we’ll be sad to see you go!

    Make sure you have copies of your vouchers as you won’t be able to access them on the site after your account is closed.

    To get your vouchers before heading off:

    1. Login to your Cudo account
    2. Click on your account
    3. Click "My Purchase History".
    4. Find your vouchers and click on "view my voucher" to download or print
  • Q. How do I change my address?

    You can change your billing address by following these steps from the Cudo billing pixie:

    1. Login to your Cudo account
    2. Click on your account
    3. Go to “Saved Card Details”
    4. Remove Card
    5. Fill in new billing address and credit card details

    Please note, your address is only used for billing purposes and never for actual delivery.

    If your offer requires the goodies to be delivered, you’ll be asked for your delivery address separately.
