Q. Unable to contact Ezy Cleaning Services
Dear Cudo Member
Recently you purchased one or more of the great Ezy Cleaning offers on the Cudo website. Unfortunately, during last weekend, the Ezy Cleaning head office in Brisbane was involved in a fire which resulted in the factory being damaged.
Please rest assured, we are in close contact with Ezy Cleaning who are in the process of getting back up and running and will fulfil all current and future bookings. In order to gve them time to get back on their feet following the fire, Ezy Cleaning have requested that you hold off on making any bookings until Thursday 23rd February.
Additionally, If you have previously made a booking with Ezy Cleaning, can we please ask that you contact them again to reconfirm your booking date.
If your booking was for anytime this week, this booking will need to be rescheduled

Q. Magnetic fly screen offer delay
Dear Cudo member,
Thank you for purchasing the magnetic fly screen offer that Cudo featured in January 2012.
Hopefully, by now, most of you have received your fly screens. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming uptake of the offer, the supplier is having a little trouble meeting demand and estimates it could take a further three weeks to get everybody supplied.
Cudo sincerely apologises for the delay; however, it's not all bad news for those who've had to wait, as the supplier's also offering a little "mystery gift" as a thank-you for your patience.

Q. I haven't received my voucher, how do I get it?
All of your vouchers can be viewed and printed online from your Cudo account, after the offer has ended.
Just follow these steps:
Login to your Cudo account (click on “Log in or Sign up” in the top right hand corner of our web page)
- Select the “My Purchase History” tab
- Scroll down to the purchase that you want to view
- Click on the “View voucher” tab
Note: vouchers can only be viewed or resent after the offer has ended.

Q. I am not receiving my daily Cudo emails, how do I fix this?
Sometimes your spam filter can prevent you from receiving Cudo’s fantastic offers in your inbox, this can be changed by:
- Logging onto your own personal email
- Look into your spam/junk email folder and mark any Cudo emails as not spam
- Or, simply add the emails ‘noreply@email.cudo.com.au’ and
‘noreply@wmail.cudo.com.au’ to your contact list or address book
The Cudo daily email should then be recognised and be sent to your inbox instead of
your junk mail folder. -
Q. The merchant has closed, can I get a refund?
Yes you can! The Cudo refund angel will process it for you. Just follow these steps:
- Select Contact Cudo from the drop down menu above
- Fill in your e-mail address, the name of the offer and your Cudo voucher number
The angel will do it straight away so you get your refund in 10 working days.

Q. My voucher has expired before I could redeem it. Can I get my money back?
Unfortunately, we can’t refund your voucher. But, it’s possible that the business may still allow you to use your voucher. It’s up to them though, so please contact the business to find out for sure.

Just look for the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.

Q. Why do I not receive my daily emails on time?
Some email security settings are very strict which therefore block automated emails that Cudo send; by the time the emails have passed through their servers and gone through authentication it can sometimes be too late.
We currently are aware of this issue mainly with customers using Bigpond email and are currently attempting to resolve this situation.
In the meantime customers can direct their daily emails to a web based email (hotmail, gmail or yahoo) to receive their daily deals on time.

There is no timeframe but they have to make their first purchase using the referral link.

You can change your billing address by following these steps from the Cudo billing pixie:
- Login to your Cudo account
- Click on your account
- Go to “Saved Card Details”
- Remove Card
- Fill in new billing address and credit card details
Please note, your address is only used for billing purposes and never for actual delivery.
If your offer requires the goodies to be delivered, you’ll be asked for your delivery address separately.
