90-minute windsurfing introductory lesson for two people:

• Includes board, wetsuit and buoyancy vest rental
• A thorough introduction to the sport covering wind theory, steering and turning
• An experienced and qualified instructor will demonstrate how it's done and help you gain confidence as you go
• Classes run Monday to Sunday from 9am to 4pm, all with small class sizes
• Most of the class is in the water so don't bet on sitting on the beach bored!

Six-hour windsurfing introductory course for one person:

• Course is split into TWO three-hour sessions
• Includes board, wetsuit and buoyancy vest rental
• Classes run every week from 10am to 1pm with a maximum class size of five, minimum two
• Teaches you all the basics and the safest, quickest and most enjoyable way to windsurf
• Covers wind theory, steering, turning, getting underway, rigging techniques, rules of the road and equipment recommendations
• An experienced and qualified instructor will demonstrate how it's done and help you learn various manoeuvres
• PLUS $200 off new season windsurfer board and rig packages from SBHQ
