Studio is heated to 38 degrees to warm muscles for greater flexibility and deeper stretching, flush out toxins with sweat and keep your heart rate up
Follow the experienced instructor through a series of 26 poses, each designed to condition your body in a new way
Build core strength, lower your blood pressure, improve muscle tone from head to toe and burn up to 1,000 calories in one class
Classes at Bikram Yoga Southside are 90 minutes in length and suitable for beginners right through to experienced students.
Studio has three private showers in both the male and female bathrooms!

The founder of Bikram Yoga, Bikram Choudhury, developed the series of poses after a doctor told him that a knee injury would keep him from walking ever again. The combination of heat and his poses helped Bikram’s body heal and he went on to became one of the world’s leading yoga gurus

You must attend your first class by 11 June 2014. Your one calendar month of unlimited classes begins from the date of your first class
No suspensions permitted

24 hour cancellation policy applies, non-attendance and late cancellation voids voucher
Please arrive 20 minutes early to your first class and 10 minutes early to every class after that. Students must stay in the room for the full 90 minutes
Must bring towel and yoga mat or hire/purchase a towel and yoga mat at the studio. Students are advised to come hydrated and to bring a large bottle of water (water and coconut water are available for purchase at the studio). Students are advised not to eat for at least 2 hours prior to class. Recommended to wear light workout clothing and be prepared to sweat
You must notify the instructor before the class if you have any injuries, medical conditions or other limitations
