Course One: Begin your meal with a tantalising entree each, choosing from Blackmore beef bresaola with tomato, parmesan and truffle; chargrilled baby octopus with borlotti beans, preserved lemon and mint or La Luna holy goat's cheese with roasted baby beat and glazed pecans
Course Two: Move on to a delicious main each selecting from crisp skin red emperor with a saffron fennel confit; roast Holmbrae chicken with BBQ corn, wild garlic and tarragon or slow roast Murryland lamb shoulder with salsa verde
Course Three: Finish with a sweet treat and devour a dessert each from tarte Cafe del Mar with brioche, creme patissiere and grand mariniere strawberries; vanilla poached peaches with champagne granita or yoghurt sorbet with citrus, pistachio, fig and mandarin jelly

It was a great experience! We started the night with great cocktails on the balcony overlooking Darling Harbour..After the aperitifs we were shown to our table, where we were served by very friendly Spanish waiter & waitress who served us our dinner - my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dishes, the food was delicious, great Mediterranean food with a modern twist- it was a pleasant surprise.
