It’s a complete health and fitness package with the support you need to kick things off. There are different sessions you can attend to get the most out of your fitness. Strength sessions include weight training, TRX and kettle bells. A fitness session offers circuit training, running, boxing, cardio and partner activities. And outdoor conditioning has running, boxing and partner based cardio training.
Each session goes for one hour and the best part is, your personal trainer will get you exercising correctly, for your body. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or bulk up, your trainer will help you get closer to those goals.

- Extra vouchers can be purchased as gifts for others
- Bookings essential by phone and subject to availability
- Bookings must be made at least four days in advance
- Each venue has different times available
- Must quote Cudo voucher number when booking
- Must provide your printed Cudo voucher at your appointment
- After initial booking, each session must be booked directly with your allocated Personal Trainer
- Each Individual venue will have certain blackout dates due to trainers' holiday periods
- 24 hours' cancellation notice required or voucher will be voided
- Failure to attend a session will result in that session being voided
- If the trainer cancels within 24 hours of your session, you'll receive an additional session
- Each participant must sign a liability waiver which also deems them fit to train
- If you have any medical conditions, Groundwork Health may request a medical certificate
- Not valid with any other offer or promotion
