- Treatment covers internal and external perimeter of dwelling, subfloor area, and roof void
- Treatment does not include: sheds, granny flats or garages (however can be included for an additional charge- granny flats $50-$100, sheds/garages $15-$30)
- Valid for a property with up to 7 rooms (bathrooms, laundry, etc are counted as a room, extra rooms $15-$20)
- Open plan areas will be split according to the category of the room and may be counted as more than one room
- Simply add your request of additional pest solutions that you require when you submit your contact form
- Appointment may be cancelled by Effective Building & Pest Control on the day due to bad weather, they will re-shedule for next available appointment
- Not being present or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the voucher
