Arthur’s Pizza is a bona fide Sydney institution. It opened its doors in Charing Cross in 1970 – and was the first pizza emporium to elevate the magnificent pizza beyond the simple tomato/cheese/olive offerings available before. Three venues followed, including the Bondi Junction branch in Bondi Junction mall, which opened in 1994.
