- A 48-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
- Treatment time for pest control takes up to 45 minutes; full inspection takes up to 30 minutes; full inspection with reports takes up to 30 minutes for inspection and up to 60 minutes to write up report (report is done onsite and hard copy given on the day)
- Treatment covers internal and external perimeter of dwelling, subfloor area and roof void
- Treatment does not include sheds, granny flats or garages (however can be included for an additional charge)
- Pay just $20 - $40 more (depending on kitchen size) and Effective Building and Pest Control will treat German cockroaches too.
- Valid for a property with up to seven rooms total
- Open plan areas will be split according to the category of the room and may be counted as more than one room
- Add any additional services required when submitting your contact form
- Appointment may be cancelled by Effective Building & Pest Control on the day due to bad weather

- For distances 30km or more outside of Sydney CBD, a surcharge of $10 per 5km will be charged, payable to Effective Building & Pest Control
- Pest treatment is valid for one treatment only
- If your pest situation requires more than one treatment this will be advised at time of treatment
