Feta & Traditional Fermented Foods
Learn how to make your own feta cheese at home as well as sauerkraut, kimchi and quark. Also taste test fermented foods such as sourdough bread, sourdough pikelets, cultured butter, sauerkraut, kimchi, fermented fruit paste, miso, tempeh, kombucha tea, beet kvass and fruit wine.
Brie & Sourdough
Learn how to make your own delicious brie cheese from cow's milk as well as easy to make delicious sourdough bread - made on the spot with samples for taste testing for all attendees.
Haloumi, Cultured Butter, Ghee, Yoghurt, Kefir & Sour Cream
Learn how to make haloumi cheese, cultured butter, yoghurt, kefir and sour cream - see how easy it is to put the life back into pasteurised milk and cream to make healthy life-giving dairy products.
Friends, here's your three-step guide to eternal happiness. Step One: book a three hour cheese making class at Permaculture Realfood. Step Two: attend the class and learn the art of deliciousness from a highly experienced master cheesemaker who's perfected the art. And Step Three: keep tantalising your palette with taste-testing and recipes to take home so that you'll always have some for later.
