Conditions of the Deal
If you have dietary requirements (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, allergies) please advise in the booking notes at time of booking to ensure we have allocated a meal for you. If you fail to do so you may risk not having an option available to you.
If you fail to read the cruise information and missing the cruise for any reason you will forfeit your ticket with no option for rebooking. We reserve the right to cancel the cruise if the conditions are dangerous for yourself and our staff. We reserve the right to go ahead with the cruise if the conditions are not hazardous
How to Redeem
- Bookings are essential at least 24 hours in advance via the Cudo online booking tool
- After purchasing, click ‘Book Online’. Select your preferred date and time. Enter your contact details and once complete, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email
- If purchasing via our app or redeeming a gift: Visit https://cudo.com.au/book to complete your booking
- Book early to secure your desired date and time. Should Princess Cruises need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
- Present printed or smartphone voucher on arrival
Changes to Booking
48-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited. A $10 surcharge applies for rescheduling - no exceptions. Changes not permitted within 48 hours of departure time, voucher will be voided
