Conditions of the Deal

• Please note, there is a minimum of two people per booking
• Must be ages 18+ to consume alcohol. Maximum 10 vouchers redeemable per booking. Vouchers for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer. How to Redeem

• After purchasing, click ‘Redeem Now’ on your order confirmation page, or via your account
• You will be redirected to the Kangaroo Island Trails website to complete your order
• Please note, there is a minimum of two people per booking
• Select desired date and tour option according to your voucher option purchased
• Enter two people and personal details for each participant
• Enter your voucher code in the 'Apply a gift card' field
• For all large groups of 7+ guests, before you book please call the office on 0458 471 419 so they can discuss your requirements and help you plan your day. As there is a bit more planning involved with large groups, we know you’ll appreciate the help their friendly staff provide
• Book in advance to secure desired date and time. Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival

Changes to Booking

• Cancellation of a booking will incur the following fees:
• More than 30 days before departure incurs a $50 per person charge
• Between 7 and 30 days before departure a 50% of total cost
• Less than 7 days before departure an 80% of total cost
• Within 24 hours of departure, 100% of total cost is charged
• All cancellation fees incurred are payable directly to Kangaroo Trails Adventure
• If cancellation occurs due to COVID-19 and border closures, a full refund will be given but proof of residence will be required
