Hot Things BBQ School
Liam Barker of Barker’s barbecues is hosting one class a month which promises to be terrific. Liam leans towards charcoal barbecues, but also uses gas, and pellet grills to show you how you can take your barbecue cooking to the next level. Some simple and awesome food will be covered and sampled. Think of Smash Burgers, pork ribs, beef ribs, reverse sear steak, chicken wings and jalapeno poppers, and you are on the right track.

Conditions of the Deal
- Please advise any special dietary requirements at the time of booking. Images for illustrative purposes. Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required. Menu subject to change
- Classes are limited to five people. Entire voucher must be used in one visit. Limit of one voucher may be purchased for personal use; one as gift. Maximum four vouchers redeemable per booking. How to Redeem
- Bookings essential via phone: (08) 9240 7189 or via email: bbqschool@hotthings.com.au, quoting voucher number
- Class numbers are limited, book in advance to secure desired date and time
- Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival
Changes to Booking
- Once your class has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of Hot Things BBQ School and arranged according to this policy:
- Changes made within 72 hours of the booking will incur a $50 per person fee. This will be the fee for the fresh produce already assigned to you
- No-shows and late arrivals will forfeit your class experience and will not be entitled to a refund or rebook
- Please enquire with Hot Things BBQ School directly to see if alternative arrangements are possible
