Conditions of the Deal

Vouchers must be booked and completed prior to the expiry date of the voucher. Offer valid for listed vehicles only for specified laps. Vehicle upgrades on the day payable directly to Off Road VIC & SA Rush. Drivers must be at least 12 year old to drive the WRX Rally car. No licence is required for the WRX Rally car but Yamaha YXZ Buggy drivers must have a P Plate licence, and be a confident manual driver. If you are not able to drive manual, this vehicle is not recommended. There is a zero alcohol and drug policy for all drivers, which must be strictly adhered to. The maximum weight limit is 130kg and the maximum height is 201cm. You must bring enclosed shoes. This activity is NOT operable in extreme weather. If Off Road Rush VIC & SA needs to reschedule your booking, they will endeavor to contact you via SMS or email. Maximum of 10 participants per time slot. If you are unable to make your booking due to medical reasons, please contact Off Road Rush VIC & SA directly to discuss before the event. A medical certificate will be required to rebook. Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations due to the weather, etc. If you book accommodation or flights please check the cancellation policy as we do not offer compensation for this. Every customer & passenger are required to show photo ID at check-in. This Photo ID must have a current address. Any person/s who are not able to provide this on the day will not be able to be drive or be a passenger is any vehicle. Limit of two vouchers may be purchased for personal use; Two vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Maximum of one voucher redeemable per booking. How to Redeem

• Telephone bookings are not accepted
• Email bookings essential, via book@getrushed.com.au quoting your voucher number, driver's full name, driver's age (if under 18 years of age), contact mobile phone number, and date and time for your requested booking (please select dates from above)
• Attach a copy of your voucher to the email

Changes to Booking

No changes allowed 14 days prior to your event. Any changes to your booking outside this period will be subject to a rebooking fee of $55 per person, payable to Off Road Rush VIC & SA . If your experience is rebooked the new voucher must be rebooked within 90 days of your original booking. If this voucher is not used, the voucher will then become void and no refunds offered. Refunds or reschedule for no shows are not offered
