Conditions of the Deal
- Smoking is not permitted on the boats, no alcohol permitted on boats. All Sea Charters reserves the right to refuse admission if customer is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- All Sea Charters will postpone departure within 24 hours if unforeseen weather conditions restrict the boat from operating, or lack of patrons on the day. If this is the case, All Sea Charters will rebook the client for an appropriate time
- Minimum 15 people required for tour to go ahead. Maximum of 10 vouchers redeemable per booking. Vouchers can be combined for larger groups (mention groups at time of booking). Vouchers for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer. Full terms and conditions are located on the terms and conditions page of our website
How to Redeem
- After purchasing, click ‘Redeem Now’ on your order confirmation page, or via your account
- You will be redirected to the All Sea Charters website to complete your order
- Select number of participants and desired date and time
- Click 'Book Now' to proceed
- Enter contact details and voucher code to finalise booking
- Presented printed or smartphone voucher on arrival

Changes to Booking
- For cancellations made in part or in full more than 14 days after making a booking and:
- More than 7 days prior to departure: Full refund or a voucher issued for future tour (conditions apply)
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in time: Full payment will be retained and no refund given
- If you don't show up for your tour: No refund and no return trip
- Refund will only be given if weather conditions are unfavourable or if minimum numbers are not reached
