Located within the iconic five-star Grand Hyatt Bali, you’ll find a not-to-be-missed Balinese night market-inspired restaurant bustling with aromatic stalls serving authentic Indonesian and tantalising array of seafood and fresh produce – welcome to Pasar Senggol. Dine underneath the stars within a torch-lit private garden, where you’ll be invited to linger within the open amphitheatre and dine on a premium buffet selection of seafood and Indonesian dishes, sip free-flow soft drinks, all while being entertained by live Balinese cultural performers.
