Clink your glasses and embark on an epicurean adventure as you are treated to an exclusive modern Australian menu highlighting the best of local produce and French-style wines. Under the rustic vaulted ceiling beams and surrounded by views of sprawling greenery, you’ll enjoy a selection of savoury delights including a decadent charcuterie board and your choice of a shared main. With your dishes accompanied by a matching tipple of five wines and a luxurious individual dessert each to finish, share a toast to your memorable dining experience at this gorgeous Gippsland establishment.

  • Four-course shared dining experience including paired wines per couple
  • Shared entrees, choice of one main course and sides to share per couple, individual dessert per person
  • Five small glasses of paired wines per person
  • Available sittings: Friday: 12pm-2pm, 6pm or 7pm (last booking); Saturday: 11.45am & 2.30pm; Sunday: 11.45am & 2.30pm

Shared Dining Set Menu Highlights:

  • Course 1: Charcuterie served with house-made pickles, sourdough; Selection of Gippsland cheese, quince paste, house-made pickles, crackers
  • Course 2: Mushroom & pumpkin arancini with aioli; Jamon, capers and parmesan croquettes with aioli; Salmon gravlax cured in beetroot & Wild Dog gin with lemon myrtle dressing
  • Course 3: Choice of braised ox cheek, celeriac puree, pickled cabbage; or House-made gnocchi, creamy Chardonnay and mushroom sauce; or Free-range pork belly, roasted fennel, miso sauce to share
  • Sides: Green leaf salad, pine nuts, beans, radish, feta and vinaigrette; Patatas Bravas, roasted tomato and capsicum sauce
  • Course 4: Choice of citrus panna cotta with frangipani crumble, berry compote; or dark chocolate and coffee mousse with chantilly cream; or baked lemon tart with passionfruit syrup and chantilly cream per person
  • Served with five small glasses of paired wines per person
