  • Slow Braised Beef Cheek with creamy mash, lentil & vegetable ragout
  • Vegetarian Risotto with butternut pumpkin, baby spinach, roasted pepper, and pine nuts, finished with dehydrated olive crumb and truffle oil
  • Peking Duck Leg with fennel, green beans, baby carrots, and orange glaze
  • Seafood Tagliatelle with chilli, garlic, prawns, barramundi, mussels, and calamari in a creamy white wine sauce, finished with baby spinach and Parmigiano-Reggiano
