Three-Course Menu
- Course 1: Hiramasa kingfish, served raw with pomelo, persimmon chojang
- Course 2: Black Angus beef rib with winter roots, maesengyi, sour dough ($20 surcharge applies) OR
- Crispy pork loin with cheddar crumb, Jerusalem artichoke, fermented capsicum
- Course 3: Yuja and tangerine with wattle seeds, cream cheese
Five-Course Menu
- Course 1: Hiramasa kingfish, served raw with pomelo, persimmon chojang
- Course 2: Catch of the Day: Steamed, air-dried fish roe, sugar snap peas
- Course 3: Black Angus beef rib with winter roots, maesengyi, sour dough ($20 surcharge applies)
- OR Crispy pork loin with cheddar crumb, Jerusalem artichoke, fermented capsicum
- Course 4: Sweetcorn: Denjang, sweet corn custard, soy sauce, caramelised pistachio
- Course 5: Yuja and tangerine with wattle seeds, cream cheese
