5 Knots Metung lies in the heart of Metung, just 25 minutes from Lakes Entrance, ideally located for days of golfing, fishing and relaxation. Stay perfectly placed for explorations of the wider Gippsland region, known for its wildlife, rolling hills and pristine waterways, just 10 minutes from the pristine Metung Country Club. The apartments are located approximately a 4.5-hour drive from Melbourne Airport (MEL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

During your stay, please remain aware of other guests, owner occupiers and permanent residents staying around you and the effect of excessive noise and disruption. Management and/or security has the right to evict guests that do not comply and no refund will be given.
- Guests are reminded that under no circumstances are animals permitted on the premises. Failure to comply will lead to immediate eviction.

- Entry to Metung Hot Springs includes access to all bathing experiences throughout Metung Hot Springs including Bathing Ridge, Lagoon Precinct and Hilltop Escarpment.
- Exclusions: Private bathing, other spa treatments, food and drinks not listed in the inclusions
- Blackout Dates May Apply: 26 September, 4 November, 25–26 December 2025; 1 and 26 January, 9 March and 3–6 and 25 April 2026.
- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Metung Hot Springs on day of visit.
- Late arrival may shorten bathing time.
