Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Everyone here has been amazing from the check in to the pool to Lunch to feel good spa, but who really blew me away was D at the pool. He was so kind and friendly and greeted me to truly make my morning. When I asked questions it was like he was thrilled to answer and help me. He is definitely an asset to this staff and truly impressed. The service is NEXT LEVEL across the board. Best stay ever.

We had a really lovely experience at the Ace Hotel Palm Springs! We loved our room and the hotel's facilities. The gym was much nicer than most hotel gyms I've used in the past, and there are multiple pools, so we were able to escape the crowds. The food and drinks were also really great, and the staff was friendly and helpful! My only issue was with billing. I ended up getting double charged for something, when I called to have the hotel correct it they said they would, but I ended up having to call again because the correction hadn't worked. It was relatively easy to call and explain what had happened and get it fixed (even though I had to call twice) however I'd recommend double checking all your credit card statements after checking out! Clearly there's something wrong with their system. Hoping they can get it fixed soon, we definitely want to come back!

Normally LOVE the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs BUT the price "surging" of menu items is a terrible practice and makes us not want to return as hotel guests in the future. My husband and I have stayed many times, and it's usually been a great time, but during our 3 night stay over 4th of July weekend, we were really disappointed and bummed about the shift in things at the hotel. While the room (patio room with fireplace) is great as always has been (spacious, stylish, comfortable), the dog-friendliness is amazing and the staff is generally friendly and helpful, the fluctuating prices and changed pool experience (which is CRUCIAL during July stays when it gets wildly hot outside) made us reconsider ever returning to stay at the Ace in the future. We're super disappointed with the significant menu price increases during our stay, which entices us to book at another PS hotel (even though we've stayed at Ace many times in the past). The drinks prices increased significantly during our short 3-night stay. I'm guessing the hotel did that because it was a holiday weekend and hosting a DJ pool party for both the general public (with paid access) and hotel guests, but it's pretty unfair to charge paying hotel guests essentially a "surcharge" where we can recognize the price disparity over the course of a short time. First example is on 7/3, the outside bar menu listed a bucket of 5 beers (bartender's choice) for $20, which is a GREAT deal, but when we purchased it, the price on the bill was $40+. When we went back to ask why we were charged 2x the amount listed on the menu, the bartender said sorry and that they told their manager the menu needed to be updated with the "new" price but they hadn't done it yet, BUT the bartender did NOT adjust our bill to reflect the menu price that misled us. Also, on 7/3 a cocktail we ordered was $17, but when we ordered the same one again on 7/5, the menu now said $20. It's a significant change over the course of one weekend. Really bummed this was how they now do business. Additionally, the Ace PS pool vibes used to be really chill and fun, but the DJ pool parties with loud club music on 7/4 and 7/5 (which was a surprise to us, we received a text warning us of the party the day of while we were already staying there) were NOT the vibe the Ace is known and loved for. It's a shame this is the direction the revamped Ace is going for.
