Fantastically located hotel. Close to all amenities. Wonderful, helpful staff. Very well priced. Apartments had everything that was needed. Cant recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be back.

Amazing Reception Service Experience During my stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from the reception team, which truly made my visit unforgettable. First, I want to highlight Manuela, whose warm welcome and constant check-ins made me feel incredibly cared for. She always made sure everything was going well with me and greeted me with genuine kindness every time we met. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude were truly appreciated. I also want to thank Ibrahim, the first person I contacted when making my reservation. He made the booking process so easy and smooth for me. His professionalism and patience helped me start my stay with confidence and ease. A very special thank to Hourida, who made me feel like I truly belonged, not just as a guest, but like I was at home. Her care, understanding, and the way she handled everything with a smile really touched me. She even helped me learn some French, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. Honestly, she is one of the best hotel staff members I have ever met. Her positive energy and beautiful smile are the reason why I would love to come back and stay again. Thanks to all of them for making my experience so special.

The staff were very friendly and the 24 hr check in was a good feature. Our original accommodation at another location canceled last minute and the staff member on duty here went above and beyond to help us book with them and welcome us. The only negatives were cleaners dragging furniture around on the floor above and the fridge didn't work, however this was corrected when we mentioned it. The free cold water in the lobby was a bonus. Extremely comfortable beds and blackout curtains made for great rest. Kitchen facilities and close to supermarket. Very reasonable value and booking direct gave access to Accor membership discounts.

Hotel with a good location. Just a few minutes walk from Anvers Metro station and a stone throw away from Basilica Sacre-Coer. There is a Carrefour and a laundry shop just across the street. Our first room, we were given a toilet with a low ceiling that’s impossible for my husband to shower comfortably standing straight. He’s 6ft. The shower area with the shower screen is also tight space that we couldn’t turn around. Water would flow out of the shower area onto the toilet floor. Next morning, we requested for a change of room and was given a room change so we came back in the afternoon around 2pm for the change. However, we were not told we had to wait for check in time to get our room. We waited at the lobby for a good 1.5hrs and still was told room was not ready which was frustrating. We left and came back at night to get our room. The second room, we got a room with a garden view and a bigger toilet. It’s good to note that this is not exactly a hotel so no amenities were given. There is also NO air conditioning in the room - thank goodness it’s the start of Autumn. Certain areas in the toilet were moldy and the standing fan which were given to us, have incredibly dusty fan blades. Filthy! I didn’t even take photo of it but I’m sure you can find it in the reviews somewhere. Will we book with Adagio again if we ever visit, unfortunately the answer is no.
