Wonderful hotel. Really small so if u need something it gets taken care of right away. Pool on the roof with a bar always empty which made it so much more enjoyable. Hotels transportation was a clean really big luxurious van. I will add definitely not the cleanest hotel ever and they don't have air conditioning in the hallways

The Amanor Hotel is located slightly outside the city center, in a charming neighborhood with excellent restaurants and stylish shops within easy reach. As an Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a suite. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and pleasantly quiet, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the surroundings. The only drawback was the limited amount of natural daylight in the room. The staff consistently delivered outstanding service and impressed with their warm and attentive hospitality. Breakfast, while not extensive, was of very good quality. The rooftop pool is beautifully designed but rather small, with limited space for loungers and only a few shaded areas. Overall, a refined and comfortable stay with excellent service in one of Chiang Mai’s nicest districts.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was very spacious and impeccably clean. Every staff member we met was lovely, friendly, and welcoming, especially Khun Chris, the hotel’s General Manager, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Breakfast at Lumi was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Dinner was equally impressive, featuring a creative Italian-Thai fusion menu that should not be missed. A highlight for me was the Kao Soi Prawns beautifully crafted as ravioli, served with a rich and flavorful Khao Soi sauce. It’s a must-try dish for anyone visiting! Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to return.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Great location. Rise pool bar and the 8th floor swimming pool overlooking Mount Sutep, is a perfect location to watch the sunset. We originally had a deluxe room then got an upgrade to a suite on our last few nights. Both room types were clean and comfy. There are little boutiques, spas, laundries, cafes, pubs and restaurants in the same vicinity. Just be mindful if you get a suite facing the mountain, you’ll hear loud music from neighbouring pubs until 1AM, due to these rooms have outdoor bathtub. We partied until 1 AM on some nights and had no issue.
