We had a wonderful stay at Al Najda Hotel. The staff, particularly Mr. Muhammad Yasin, were incredibly courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a restful atmosphere. This hotel is highly recommend for its excellent service and hospitality. Mr. Muhammad Yasin's exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. Hotel is on walking distance to Souq Al Waqif and other places are nearby like National Museum and Corniche. Breakfast options in the hotel menu were limited though. We felt the breakfast overpriced. Hotel's Valet Service was good

We had a wonderful stay, made even better by the extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The room was absolutely pristine, offering a comfortable and clean space to relax. The location was excellent — just a 2-minute walk from the Souq, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The staff even allowed us a slightly late checkout so we could enjoy a bit more time at the Souq, which we really appreciated. While we did notice a tissue on the floor outside our room at one point, it was a minor issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. Overall, a great stay with outstanding hospitality in a prime location.

Hotel location and staffs are good. But I don't like the way the hotel treats the staff. Because the hotel has very few staff, it affects their work and their rest time. The hotel should hire more staff.And working hours should be equal. I am speaking because I have seen it myself. So if this is fixed, the hotel will improve even more. Value our staff.This is my review of the hotel.

Disappointing Stay at Al Najada. I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. While the location is convenient, several aspects fell short of what I’d expect from a property of this standard. Service felt inattentive, facilities did not meet the advertised quality, and overall comfort was lacking. For the price, I expected much better. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously to improve the experience. We checked in and were surprised to find no towels, shower gel, or soap in the room — basic amenities I would expect in any hotel, let alone a four-star property. I informed reception, and while they eventually sent these items, it took 30 minutes. Next day, after being out all day, we returned to find no water bottles or teabags replenished. I went to reception again, and although they apologised, it took another 30 minutes for the items to arrive. On both days, I tried calling reception from our room more than 2 times, but no one answered, which is why I had to go downstairs each time to make the request in person. For a four-star hotel, these are basic service standards that should be met without guests having to chase them. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
