What a fantastic retreat! The team was very helpful, they took care of me and pampered me for my 2 weeks wellness retreat. Everything was amazing: the service, the food, and the team. Dr. Yaazhu and Agus tailored my training and yoga sessions to fit my goals. I have learned so much from them and how to listen to my body and keep it balanced.

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The warm welcome started right at Phuket Airport, where a staff member greeted us with a refreshing cold towel, an instant mood booster after the journey. Check-in was seamless, thanks to the friendly and professional reception team. They took the time to explain all the complimentary wellness activities the resort offers and served us a refreshing butterfly pea soda welcome drink, which was a perfect relief from the heat. The food was truly impressive. The staff in the restaurant were always smiling and attentive, making every meal a delightful experience. The spa was another highlight. The spa staff were not only friendly but also dedicated and incredibly mindful in their service. You could really feel their care and expertise. Our room was immaculate. The subtle, pleasant scent of essential oils filled the air upon entering, which was an instant invitation to relax. We especially loved the thoughtful touch of a bedtime story waiting for us. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and made sure our room was always clean and tidy. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend Aleenta Resort and Spa for anyone looking for a place to unwind and be pampered.

We had an amazing stay at Aleenta Phuket, and I want to sincerely thank the entire team for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated with such care and attention throughout our stay. Special thanks to Anna, who went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable and happy. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly made our experience unforgettable. Every part of the hotel — from the rooms to the restaurant to the pool area — was beautifully maintained, and the service was always top-notch. Thank you again to everyone at Aleenta Phuket for making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

I had a great time staying here but it wasn’t amazingly good and I wouldn’t return. Everything was lovely but nothing was out of the mind good. Service was good, everyone’s heart was in it but it just wasn’t top notch service. You ask for one thing you only get it on the third go. Service was slow for everything from food ordering to room cleaning or small specific in room requests. We had paid extra for the club access which included in room minibar but it was never replenished until asked many times and even skipped days where I had to argue and request for items again. This was annoying as we had paid extra for this. Breakfast was great, the rest of the meals not so much and this is particularly important as this resort is very secluded with nothing around so I feel like the resort food had to have more on offer to compensate for that. One night our butler had “reserved” a table for us for dinner at the small & only restaurant and when we arrived on time it was completely full. We were an accommodated elsewhere so it is fine but just an example of how it is great but just not beyond this world type amazing. Small glitches here & there & often so I feel like you have to come to this place with a high tolerance. Other than that I did have a lovely time but I just wouldn’t come back.
