Aleva Villa Seminyak by Ini Vie Hospitality boasts a prime location by the beach, close to cafes, restaurants, bars and spas that make it the perfect choice for travellers. The villa is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Denpasar International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please plan accordingly.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily a la carte breakfast will be served in-villa and is available between 7.30am and 10.30am.
• Lunch can be ordered to your villa between 12pm and 4pm, or dinner can be ordered from 6pm to 9pm.
• Wonderspace dining credit can be used at any Wonderspace dining venue, see here; https://thewonderspace.com/
• The included dining credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No minimum spend applies.
• Daily cocktails can be ordered to your villa between 11am and 8pm.
• Included massages must be booked one hour before check-in.
• Floating breakfast and included lunches and dinners must be reserved in advance.
• Daily afternoon tea can be ordered to your villa from 3.30pm to 4.30pm and includes tea or coffee, small cake or snack.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.

Double Six Dinner at Suzie-Q Asian Twist Kitchen Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: Set menu dinner and one hour of free-flow cocktails for two, inclusive of two main bites and one dessert per person.
• Valid for two people (18+).
• Cancellation policy: This offer is non-refundable.
• Changes to booking: Guests may reschedule one time within one week from original booking date.
• Please note that advance reservations are required. Strictly no walk-ins.
• Tables will be held for 15 minutes, and the reservation will be released if no contact has been made. No refunds given for late arrivals and no-shows
• Exclusions: Additional drinks during dinner, as well as drinks not specified during free-flow hour are not included. Additional food, transport and accommodation is not included.
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Susie Q reserves the right to refuse service in line with responsible drinking laws.
• Free-flow cocktail hour must be redeemed pre or post-dinner on the same night of booking.
• Specific seating requests are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Child policy: Children aged 4 and under are not recommended at Susie Q. Young children might not be comfortable due to the style of the restaurant.
