Thank you to our host Lynh and the beautiful staff at An Lam. One of the best relaxing holidays we’ve been on. First class in everything you do. There’s not many places you can go to that has their own boats from the city to get you to your room and is available throughout the day, and all inclusive. The breakfast, dinner and food selection were great and there was always someone around to ask if you were ok. All in all a great place to stay. Highly, highly recommend. Gods Blessings upon you all. TIL next time.

What I can I say... This was the most incredible place to stay and acclimatise for our month-long trip in Vietnam. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Our butler, Tan, was amazing. He helped us with every query and made us feel very special. We especially enjoyed the Sunrise Yoga, massage treatments at the spa and our evening rooftop drinks in the bar. The rooms were gorgeous, super spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The ambience around the hotel, with all the plants, ponds and walkways was spectacular. The staff at the restaurant were really helpful and the breakfast buffet blew our minds. We took a boat ride into the city one evening for dinner, which was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle and being able to travel into the city when we wanted to (Grab into the city is only about £5-7, so not an issue at all). I was made to feel very special with all the extra birthday treats too. I could go on and on about how fabulous this place is, but I'll just say, thank you!

There is a problem with service, paying for a good service but everything is fine until the guests come to the resort to receive guests and then call the police to check, that is unreasonable and disrespectful to customers.
