7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

  • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Daily buffet breakfast is served at Ana Sand House from 6.30am to 10.30am.
  • Daily three-course a la carte lunch OR dinner is served at Ana Sand House or Ana Beach House.
  • Lunch is served from 12pm to 2.30pm, dinner is served from 6pm to 9.30pm.
  • Nightly drinks are served at Ana Beach House. Guests can choose between juice, soft drink, local beer, sangria or cocktail.
  • Daily massages are held at Ana Mandara Spa, guests can choose between a head or foot massage. Reservation is required.
  • The 30% discount on spa treatment applies to any treatment. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • The 15% dining discount can be used on food and drinks at any venue. Alcohol is not included.
  • Return airport transfers are shared in a 16-seater minivan.
  • Please contact the resort directly to arrange at least 24 hours in advance and provide luggage information to arrange accordingly.
  • Yoga classes are only available on selected dates, please enquire at reception on arrival. (select packages only)
  • The traditional Vietnamese cooking class teaches guests how to make Banh Xeo, a traditional Vietnamese pancake.
  • The kids’ club is open from 9am to 5pm and children must be supervised.
  • The resort offers a complimentary shuttle bus to Nha Trang, departing twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon.

Wonderful experience, we stayed in a 1 bedroom sea view villa with breathtaking views. Very nice & supportive staff, great food, clear beach and many more experiences to explore. My 3 years old son love the place and not want to back home! He want to stay longer

The staff has been incredibly caring, which makes you feel like home. The food is just amazing, dinner was great and price was reasonable. Though it’s not closed to the city, the place really brings a different & lovely vibe that we really enjoyed. If they could add more books to the library, or more entertainment activities, I could spend the whole week there 🥰 P/s: this is the first resort that I visited provides Vietnamese coffee in its traditional filter! really love it!

🪷Feedback from a 4-night guest at Ana Mandara Resort🌴 Here are some strengths and areas for improvement I experienced during my stay. I hope this helps future guests have an even better experience. 1. 🏩World-class service: Even when checking out before midnight, the resort kindly prepared a meal box. Complimentary 24-hour airport pick-up and drop-off service is available. At check-in, guests are welcomed with homemade iced tea and yogurt. When I injured my foot, a nurse disinfected and treated the wound. The staff also called directly once the room was ready for early check-in. 2. 🍳Breakfast: The breakfast hours are generous, the menu changes daily, and live music is provided. 3. 🙏🏻Hospitality: All staff members, including facility and landscaping staff, are friendly and greet guests with a smile. 4. 🪷Landscaping: Tropical trees and flowers are beautifully maintained. The gardens are well-kept, and the lotus flowers are especially lovely. 5. 🌴Nature-friendly environment: Mornings start with the sound of birds. But noisy💥 6. 🛁Room amenities: Every room has a bathtub, complimentary fruit, evening chocolate service, and traditional Vietnamese hats (Nón Lá). 7. 🛟Safety: The resort feels secure, with no external intruders. 8. 🏝️Private beach: Shallow and relatively safe waters, with no dangerous marine animals. 9. 👙Swimming pool: Staff inflate pool floats for guests, sunbeds are free, and food and drinks are reasonably priced.🥥 10. 🧘‍♀️Activities: Yoga on the lawn, swimming lessons, and other diverse programs are available. ⸻ Areas for Improvement: 1. Swimming pool safety: Many guests, including myself, injured toes on pool tiles. Knees can also get scraped when climbing out without stairs. Additionally, most staff outside the reception desk cannot communicate in English. 2. Cleanliness: New bed pads had sand and small gravel on them, which was surprising. 3. Shower booth: The showerhead in the villa was not properly fixed to its holder. + Water quality: The water quality is not very good; providing shower filters in the bathrooms would greatly improve guest comfort. 4. Drinking water: Currently served in glass bottles; it would be more convenient in sealed plastic bottles. 5. Balcony doors: No mosquito screens are installed. 6. Yoga class: The class was announced as one hour but lasted only 30 minutes. It would be better if the actual duration matched the announcement. 7. Refrigerators: All refrigerators (in Buildings A, B, and villas) had a very unpleasant odor. 8. Bath amenities: Rooms in Building B did not have bath salts, unlike other accommodations. 9. Slippery floors: The poolside and restroom marble floors are very slippery. Adding more non-slip mats or replacing with non-slip flooring would improve safety. 10. Villa pool area: Too many ants around the pool, which suggests cleaning is insufficient.

The room was pretty and big enough for a couple. They offered welcome drinks/fruits/chocolate at night. When they made me wait for a long time outside at night without any directions I thought it would spoil the good memory of the day, but in the next morning, I was surprised to see the manager made a personal visit to our table to make sincere apology. Pizza was better than gnocchi, and make sure to bring a bottle of water since it’s expensive to buy one. I liked both beach and the pool!
