Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for {{BrandName}} credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your {{BrandName}} credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations:  If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, {{BrandName}} will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a {{BrandName}} credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

One-way airport transfers:

• Valid for up to six guests only.
• Guests will be emailed an online form to book in date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Please direct all transfer enquiries to luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• Infant seat can be pre booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
• Transfer includes airport parking fee, toll fee and a bottle of water per person.
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After then, transfer will be considered cancelled.
