Angsana Laguna Phuket is located in the Laguna complex in Phuket. The complex is host to six other resorts with an abundance of restaurants and beach bars. The resort is a five-minute drive to Boat Avenue shopping district and about a ten-minute walk to Bang Tao Beach. It is approximately a 25-minute drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT). A one-way airport transfer is included, please contact the resort in advance to organise.

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Cudo credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Covid-19 Related Cancellations:  If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Cudo will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Cudo credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Babysitting is available for THB 200 per hour (for one child) and THB 300 per hour (for two children).

• The resort is a SHA+ accredited property. Thailand SHA Plus refers to the certification issued by Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration and their “Sandbox program”. Phuket Sandbox started officially, vaccinated travelers can arrive directly to Phuket, and stay there without quarantine starting from July 1st 2021.

One-way airport transfers:

• Valid for up to six guests only.
• Guests will be emailed an online form to book in date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Please direct all transfer enquiries to luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• Infant seat can be pre booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
• Transfer includes airport parking fee, toll fee and a bottle of water per person.
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After then, transfer will be considered cancelled.
