AYANA Villas Bali is located on the cliffs overlooking Jimbaran Bay and the private, white-sand Kubu Beach. Nearby sights include the famous Uluwatu Temple, with some of Bali’s best surf breaks easily accessible at the surrounding beaches. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Daily a la carte breakfast is available at DAVA Steak & Seafood from 7am to 10.30am.
• Daily two-course lunch or dinner is available from a set menu at Sami Sami, Damar Terrace, To’Ge, UNIQUE Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, Rock Bar, Padi, Honzen, Liu Li Palace Seafood Restaurant, Karang, Scusa and DAVA Steak & Seafood.
• The included daily cocktail can be redeemed at Rock Bar, Unique Roof Top Bar, Luna Rooftop Bar or Kubu Beach Club.
• Prior to each massage, guests are required to meet with the spa therapist for a consultation.
• The 50-minute massage can be redeemed between the hours of 10am and 8pm and should be booked in advance.
• Putting golf is unlimited and free of charge, available from 7am to 6pm. However, a putting partner will incur a surcharge.
• Priority Rock Bar access entitles AYANA guests to an upgraded seat allocation with a better view.
• If the bar is booked out, only AYANA in-house guests will be permitted to enter the bar.
• It is recommended to book the one-time bath setup with flowers at least one day in advance.
• The River Pool is open from 6.30am to 7pm, with exclusive access from 10am to 7pm.
• Restaurants, bars and pools may be closed at management’s discretion.
• The complimentary shuttle operates from 7am and 10pm, every 10 minutes. After 10pm, it is available on request.
• There are 30 restaurants and bars to choose from; however, the daily, included two-course lunch or dinner is available at just 11 of them.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Canna Bali Beach Club, including one cocktail (21+) or mocktail per adult, a free canoe activity, complimentary ice cream treat per child, IDR500,000 discount per package on a Heritage Set Menu in Cliff VIP Dining Restaurant (with a minimum purchase of two set menus, reservation required), IDR100,000 discount per package toward a full-body massage and, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jugs of sangria and IDR500,000 discount per package on purchases of second bottles of selected wines.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is located in Nusa Dua.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay. It does not need to be used on your final day of travel, access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian (18+) and must be supervised at all times.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via Whatsapp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The Reservations team will confirm your booking and cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant.
• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure, if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your Canna Bali pick-up when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp (+62 811 3830 1800) to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:
