Azerai La Residence, Hue

The Azerai la Residence Hue is a beautiful historic hotel located near the city Center in Hue. The lobby area is a nice place to regroup after a day excursion and refreshment is provided all day for free for guests. The service was polished and friendly. We were checked in promptly on arrival and got escorted to our room facing the swimming pool. The room we stayed in was modern with a touch of art deco style, its spacious and functional. The bed and pillows was the most comfortable of any hotels I’ve stayed in during my trip in Vietnam. Breakfast offers a huge variety from Western to Local style. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the city Center and short ride to most places, it’s a great place to go back to and rest after a day of sightseeing in Hue.

We had an extraordinary stay at Azerai La Residence — truly one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful facilities, rich in charm and elegance. The ambiance is peaceful and luxurious, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing experience. But what made our stay truly exceptional was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, forthcoming, and incredibly attentive. Their service and care left a lasting impression. Special thanks to Chef Cuc, the dinner was phenomenal, full of flavor and creativity. And Restaurant Manager Phuong went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.. The buffet breakfast offered an impressive variety, with something for every taste — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, Azerai La Residence exceeded our expectations in every way — from hospitality to food to the serene atmosphere. We would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for two nights on our way around Vietnam. The hotel was delightful with a great historic link. It is well located and very clean. The staff were outstanding, particularly Leo The restaurant manager and Juan the Bar manager. All staff were attentive and any issue was quickly resolved. Food in the restaurant was delicious for both dinner and Lunch ! We met the manager Ming. He was very keen to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and we most certainly did. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Hue !

I had a truly memorable stay at Azerai Hue. The hotel went above and beyond to make my birthday special with a thoughtful touch—beautiful flowers and little cake in the room, which I deeply appreciated. The breakfast was delightful, and I especially enjoyed the hotel's tranquil and elegant atmosphere. I also recommend the airport transfer arranged from Danang—it was smooth and comfortable, with refreshing wet towels and bottled water thoughtfully prepared for the journey. My only regret is not being able to stay longer.
