Azerai La Residence, Hue

Beautiful hotel with a lot of history. Located in a prime location near the river and Imperial City for activities. This hotel has the best service I have ever experienced! The staff are so helpful and go out of their way to help you, offer suggestions, and provide services. Seriously, I have never felt so welcomed and supported by a hotel before. They really treat you like royalty! The rooms are amazing, the pool is nice and deep, the views are great, and the fitness center is complete. The hotel bar and restaurant are next level. Breakfast is delicious with a wide range of options and tea time snacks will be delivered to your room daily. You can expect room service at least twice each day. The concierge and all the staff are very knowledgeable about the area and freely offer suggestions to enhance your stay. All of the staff speak English and are eager to connect with you. This is the best hotel I have ever seen. If you are staying in Hue there is no other choice, if you pass on Azerai you are missing out.

We had a wonderful stay at Azerai La Residence. This is more than just a beautiful hotel – it’s a piece of history that you get to experience firsthand. The property, in stunning Art Deco style, is impeccably designed, with every detail carefully curated. The location is perfect for exploring the city and its historic monuments, offering river views and easy access to boats that take you to the Citadel or the pagoda. The hotel’s pool is spectacular—spacious, deep, and impeccably maintained. Service throughout our stay was attentive and thoughtful. We also loved the many inviting areas to relax with tea or a drink. Our room was spotless, with modern amenities, and featured a magnificent balcony overlooking the river. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and our stay here was truly unforgettable. I would give a 6 stars review if only possible.

The Azerai la Residence Hue is a beautiful historic hotel located near the city Center in Hue. The lobby area is a nice place to regroup after a day excursion and refreshment is provided all day for free for guests. The service was polished and friendly. We were checked in promptly on arrival and got escorted to our room facing the swimming pool. The room we stayed in was modern with a touch of art deco style, its spacious and functional. The bed and pillows was the most comfortable of any hotels I’ve stayed in during my trip in Vietnam. Breakfast offers a huge variety from Western to Local style. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the city Center and short ride to most places, it’s a great place to go back to and rest after a day of sightseeing in Hue.

We stayed here for two nights on our way around Vietnam. The hotel was delightful with a great historic link. It is well located and very clean. The staff were outstanding, particularly Leo The restaurant manager and Juan the Bar manager. All staff were attentive and any issue was quickly resolved. Food in the restaurant was delicious for both dinner and Lunch ! We met the manager Ming. He was very keen to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and we most certainly did. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Hue !
