This eco-luxury retreat is only a 10-minute drive from the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary and a 15-minute drive from Ubud Palace. The resort is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and an hour’s drive from Denpasar, the capital city of Bali. A one-way airport transfer is available for stays of 7+ nights; please plan accordingly.

This is an excellent and unique hotel on a beautiful and popular part of Bali. If you want to stay in Ubud but don’t want to be around too many people, this is your spot. If you want impeccable service, incredibly kind hosts and staff, wonderful and HEALTHY food, and some of the most serene views, accommodations and activities, this is your place. If you are crunchy granola. This is your place. If you are an influencer, sadly, this is also your place. But not even a hundred cellphones could detract from the peace and tranquility that my wife and I experienced staying here. Each of the rooms is a one-of-a-kind cabin or treehouse. Rusticly built out of wood or bamboo, each space is unique interesting and well equipped. You must stay here if you considering it.

A hidden gem. Really hidden. Private villas, a sunset bar, a restaurant near the river, pools. Amazingly tasteful. We didn’t stay overnight, but I can guess the villas are amazing too. Great cocktails, great finger food.

Bambu Indah is not a resort; it's a living, breathing work of art. This place will change your definition of luxury. The property is a sprawling wonderland of stunning bamboo architecture, permaculture gardens, and natural spring-fed pools cascading down to the Ayung River. Every day is an adventure of discovery, from riding the hand-dug bamboo elevator to finding hidden meditation caves. Our bamboo houses (Pawan House and Moon House) were a dream with a private pool and copper tub. You fall asleep to the sounds of the jungle and river, a truly immersive experience. The food is incredible, grown locally and bursting with flavor. This is barefoot luxury at its most profound and regenerative. A soul-resetting, life-changing stay.

This destination is truly unforgettable, offering a remarkable experience. The staff, combined with friendly people, creates a welcoming atmosphere. Delicious food and comfortable accommodations enhance the overall enjoyment. The stunning location, despite requiring some walking, clearly adds to the adventure. It is impossible to describe the resort, it's mind-blowing. The design and architecture are one of a kind. The staff took care of our 5 year old as it's their own child. Thank you so much
