Barceló Coconut Island

Barcelo Coconut Island is located on Koh Maphrao, just 500m off the Phuket coast. It’s a five-minute water taxi from the mainland, offering access to lively night markets, key attractions and local restaurants. It’s also a short boat trip to Koh Rang Yai Island, the Phi Phi Islands and James Bond Island.

The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive and a five-minute water taxi from Phuket International Airport (HKT). Return airport transfers are included in your package, please contact the resort to arrange.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB8,239 per adult (12+) and THB4,119.5 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Barceló Coconut Island will provide guests with a wristband for all-inclusive dining and free-flow drinks.
• Daily breakfast at Kabang Restaurant is served from 7am to 10.30am.
• Daily lunch at Kabang Restaurant and Beach Bar is served from 12pm to 5pm, and at Kucina Restaurant from 12pm to 3pm. Lunch is a three-course a la carte menu or buffet, if available
• Nightly three-course dinner at Kabang Restaurant, Beach Bar or Kucina Restaurant is served from 5pm to 10.30pm. Dinner is a three-course a la carte menu of buffet, if available.
• Unlimited daily free-flow drinks at Kabang Restaurant or Kucina Restaurant are available from 11am to 11pm. Guests can choose drinks from a set menu including house wine, local beers, soft drinks, tea, coffee, select cocktails and mocktails, house spirits, juices and milkshakes.
• Daily afternoon tea at Kabang Restaurant includes a selection of cakes, ice creams, tea and coffee from 3pm to 6pm.
• Resort activities can be arranged through the front desk.
• 60-minute massage per adult is provided at Kahtor Spa and is a traditional Thai massage.
• Return private airport transfers are to be arranged directly with the resort.
• Day trips to Koh Rang Yai island are per the hotel schedule. Departs the hotel at 11am and returns to the hotel at 2pm.
• Outdoor Jacuzzi Suite Premium Location: Location will be near all main facilities, offering a premium guest experience.
