From the moment I arrived, Bless Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and I immediately felt welcomed. The rooms are beautifully designed—modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a guest could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the attention to detail in the room’s decor created a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the dining experience. The breakfast buffet was fresh and diverse, offering both international and local options. The restaurant staff provided excellent service, and every meal felt like a special occasion. The hotel amenities are equally impressive. Whether it’s enjoying the rooftop pool with its stunning views, relaxing at the spa, or unwinding at the bar, every part of Bless Hotel feels luxurious yet welcoming. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond, always with a smile and genuine care for the guests. I would highly recommend Bless Hotel to anyone visiting the area—whether for business or leisure. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

We had the BEST time at Bless. Our lovely server around the pool, Jessica, completely made our day. She was attentive, chatty and thoughtful. She had great recommendations for food and drink and couldn’t have done more for us. The host who showed us to our beds was also so lovely and amazing, unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he was great! The pool and view is 10/10 - great access to the beach too. The food around the pool was amazing!! We’ve been to a lot of pools in Ibiza but the food here is one of the best. Highly recommend.

We had a good private room with lovely view although rather small for the price but it was well designed .The shower room had a beautiful view but unfortunately the shower itself had a very cheap shower head which when power was increased flung itself wherever it chose and due to the sealant at the bottom being faulty caused flooding on the outside which eventually they repaired. However all the staff were without exception extremely pleasant and helpful. A special mention for Liz who helped us so efficiently as without her we would have been rather lost as to where to go and where to eat and her recommendations were excellent.

Honestly a horrible experience – nothing close to 5 stars This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The service is awful, starting with the rooms and ending at the pool. • While taking a shower, the hot water cut off completely — right when I had shampoo in my hair — and it didn’t come back for hours. The toilet flush worked only sometimes. • The “fine dining” restaurant? Closed for a private party, leaving guests with only room service, which came with long wait times. • At the pool, every sunbed was “reserved” with towels from morning till evening, yet most stayed empty. Their policy allows guests to hoard as many beds as they want, whether they show up or not. • The air conditioning is a nightmare: either a steaming hot room or, in September/October, freezing cold because there’s no heating system at all. • Management is unprofessional and indifferent to guest comfort. If you arrive with a car, expect to pay €30 a day for outdoor parking. On top of that, they occasionally return your car covered in bird droppings. Breakfast? We waited 45 minutes for a poached egg. Nighttime? Forget about rest. There was a loud party in the hotel until 2 a.m. — the music was so strong it shook the rooms. Only after I threatened to call the police did they slightly lower the volume, but it was still impossible to sleep. All this while paying over €1,000 a night. It’s beyond me how this hotel is considered a “Leading Hotel of the World” or how it holds 5 stars. Completely undeserving. Verdict: Never again.
