Place is amazing - pool area and beach access (kids loved snorkeling) were incredible. Breakfast buffet has everything and definitely take advantage of the Omikase dinner experience if you can. Liz made everything perfect, gave us options for excursions, helped with bookings and even helped w/ a minor medical situation. Entire experience was topnotch. Went with teenage boys and they loved it. My wife commented on the 'little touches' throughout our stay that made it even better (candy jars, etc.)

Had a great stay here. Beautiful hotel and pool area. Great beach access with nice restaurants. The breakfast is also very good and excellent staff. We only discovered the rooftop pool on our last day which is a must see. Highly recommend! The only note of improvement I have is that the gym is pretty poor. Surprising for a hotel of this standard!

If you’re used to real 5 star hotels, this isn’t it. BUT if you can get a good deal then its not bad at all. The room quality is decent, service at breakfast was a bit slow and breakfast itself is passable. Drinks service around the pool is generally good with a decent menu. Couple nice restaurants next door which are worth a visit. Spa is pretty good. Rooftop is very quiet. €240 min spend for the beds, hence why. Overall its 4/5, not actual luxury but very worth it if you get a good deal.

We stayed here for 5 nights as a little honeymoon after getting married across the other side of the island in July. It was not worth the money! The service was incredibly slow by the pool, waiting over half an hour to even find a member of staff to take your order never mind then waiting for your food & drinks to arrive. The room we couldn’t fault, it was beautiful so that was a positive. Staying as 2 adults we were disappointed that there wasn’t an adults only section or part of the hotel. Apart from the infinity pool but which had an extra charge for as a minimum spend and after already paying a lot for the hotel we refused to then pay more just to have some peace and quiet. The parking comes at a cost of €20 per day, which again was very slow service. Waiting over half an hour again for your car to be brought round to the front of the hotel. From coming from 7 pines across the island we had such high expectations and the value for money was not worth it at all.
