We had a fantastic stay! In town for an anniversary getaway and everything was so lovely with the hotel. The service - front desk, bartenders and the housekeepers - was top notch, very friendly. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and very close to several subway stops to easily get around the city.

Beautiful hotel located in a very walkable area with lots to see. As rooms go, it was good. But really small. I think it was the smallest hotel room we've ever had anywhere. But, it was adequate. Elevators were quick.

Great location! Convenient to public transportation, but we walked everywhere we went. The lobby was beautiful. Room was small, but clean. The area around the hotel felt safe. There were several restaurants in the area, within .5 to 1 mile walk. Did not see much for shopping areas. Overall, this was a nice stay on our vacation.

The location was perfect — really can’t fault that. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. For £350 a night, I expected a bit more. The room was absolutely tiny. Once I opened my suitcase (and it’s not even a large one), there was no space left to walk around the bed. The wardrobe couldn’t be opened fully because of the layout. The bathroom was just as bad - you have to squeeze in to close or open the door. The coffee machine was hidden away and barely usable. I tried making coffee, filled it with clean water, but what came out was water with black chunks of dirt, clearly not cleaned or maintained properly. The view was straight into someone else’s room, offering zero privacy. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had, probably the second worst I’ve experienced. Definitely not worth the price. Reply to Hilton’s message following my review: We booked and paid for a Superior King Room (see the confirmation), not a “Wicked Small Room” as the reply suggest. Hilton’s response misinterprets the facts and unfairly portrays me as unreasonable. I will deal with this directly with Hilton in a professional manner, something I would’ve expected from the management team in the first place.
