I choose this hotel for its central location. The hotel is walkable to many attractions and nightlife. The lobby is modern, however, the rooms are a bit small and outdated. I did not book the "wicked small room", however, even the standard queen was tiny. The staff is really nice so I might stay here again but I would definitely opt for a larger room.

Rooms a little bit on the small side, but adequate for a business trip. Gym is large and well equipped, but you'll pay an additional resort fee for the privilege of using it. Location is excellent, very walkable with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Front desk staff and housekeeping are all very efficient and polite. Starbucks adjoining the lobby, which is convenient. Overall a decent stay, notwithstanding the errant fire alarm that went off during the middle of the night.
