Getting to Bannisters Pavilion is easy. Mollymook is located 2.5 hours’ drive from Canberra or three hours’ drive from Sydney. Car hire is available from both Canberra and Sydney airports. Complimentary on-site car parking is also available at Bannisters Pavilion for hotel guests.

Cancellation policy

**Saturday Surcharge: **A non-refundable surcharge per room, per Saturday night, applies payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

**7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: **Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Within 7 days of purchase we’ll happily provide a full refund on cancellation of your escape (so long as you don’t have a confirmed booking/stay in the next 14 days).

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three guests. See below for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: One guest (aged 3 or older) can stay for a surcharge of AU$60 sleeping on a rollaway bed with breakfast included, payable directly to the hotel.

Infant Policy: One infant (aged 2 or younger) can stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge by the hotel.

Connecting rooms are available on request (subject to availability).

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Spa credit can be used towards treatments from the couples’ menu at Bannisters Day Spa at Bannisters by the Sea only.
