We celebrated our wedding at Brenners Park-Hotel and couldn't have wished for a more beautiful setting. The ceremony in the park in front of the Orangery was a dream and perfectly organized by Ms. Walter. She accompanied us professionally and warmly throughout the day. The subsequent celebration in the Orangery, the dinner, and the ice cream cake on the Minerva Terrace were thought out down to the last detail and beautifully staged. A special highlight was the Champagne Tower, which made our celebration even more unforgettable. The service was exceptional from the first moment until late into the night. Our glasses were never empty, we didn't have to worry about anything, and we felt like the team could read our minds. Special thanks go to Mr. Boesch, the hotel's director, who personally helped me tie my hand-tied bow tie before the ceremony. The fact that he took the time himself demonstrates the hotel's exceptional hospitality. The bow tie sat perfectly throughout the evening. We would also like to thank Mr. Oamer, who led the service team. He responded immediately to even the smallest concerns. For example, when I needed hairspray or a quick freshen up, it took less than two minutes for everything to be organized. No wish went unfulfilled, thanks in part to his attentive and forward-thinking approach. We are grateful for all the attention to detail and the many moments that made our day truly special. The service at this hotel has put me off all other hotels :D We've stayed at many good hotels, but the service here is on a different level. The staff knew our names everywhere, made such a big effort, and had a lasting positive impact on our stay. The property itself is also beautiful, dreamy, and yet I would always mention the first-class service first when someone asks me about the hotel. Thank you so much for your effort and the wonderful time. We'll definitely be back :)

They made me wait on the reception, while calling with colleges and planning their whole working day. I believe, your colleagues could wait for 3 minutes while you assist your customer may be? I also didn’t like that they took my documents for the whole day “because some guests forget to give back the key”. I have been in 4 and 5 stars hotels before and never experienced such a thing. Once in Switzerland I forgot to give the hotel key back and you know what? They didn’t even punish me or charged extra cent. That’s what I consider a luxury service. Also here in SPA they changed my booking spontaneously, right before the procedure - although I have booked my appointments beforehand and cleared all the details in email. But my special thank you to the therapist Anna Marie - she was the only one who apologized for the situation (even several times). The park is very beautiful and nice. The restaurant was for me 3/5 - tomatoes definitely weren’t fresh. the stuff is friendly, Fitness studio is very good equipped. But it is for sure not enough for 5 stars experience.
