7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Please note that breakfast must be arranged with reception by 8pm the evening before and is available the next morning between 7am and 11am.
- In-villa lunch is available between 11am and 3pm, and dinner is available between 4pm and 11pm. Guests can choose one main course and one salad from an a la carte menu.
- Included massages are a choice between a full body massage, Balinese massage, serenity massage or Thai massage at +spa, offsite. Return transfers between the hotel and the spa are included. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.

- An infant seat may be pre-booked for US$3 per seat, per trip, or you may bring your own
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour, after which the transfer will be considered cancelled
