Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of THB2500 per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and the following inclusions:
- Daily three-course lunch or dinner at The Hornbill Restaurant
- One half-day boat trip to neighbouring islands
- Daily cocktail at Long Island Bar
- Daily buffet breakfast at The Hornbill Restaurant
- Return transfers from Phuket Airport (same flight with main guests only)
Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of THB1650 per child, per night, sleeping on a sofa bed with accommodation and the following inclusions:
- Daily lunch or dinner at The Hornbill Restaurant select from Child Menu
- One half-day boat trip to neighbouring islands
- Daily soft drink at Long Island Bar
- Daily buffet breakfast at The Hornbill Restaurant

Baby Policy: One baby (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge with breakfast and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel on request free of charge.

Pool Villa – Packages are valid for two adults.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two people. Additional guests, children and babies cannot be accommodated.
Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
Included massage is one per room, per day, during day spa operating hours only. Massages must be booked in advance with the concierge.

Important note for transfer:
- Immigrations and baggage collection may take up to 1 hour at the Phuket International Airport.
- If your flight arrival time is after 4:00 p.m., you might miss the last public speedboat. In this case we suggest you either book a private speedboat / long-tail boat or accommodation in Phuket for the first night. Boat hours of operation are subject to change without prior notice due to the weather or tidal condition.
- The hotel can assist in arranging transport and excursion tours with outside contractors but it is the responsibility of the individuals to arrange their own insurance.
- The hotel cannot be held responsible in the event of any claim with regard to delay, service or accident.
