It was very good. The room was cleaned properly every day. The staff at the front desk and on the ground floor were all very friendly. It's about an hour by bus from the airport, and about 3-4 minutes from the bus stop. There's a large shopping mall, a local market, a food hall bustling with locals, and a Light Bus stop nearby, so it's a location where you can enjoy a variety of atmospheres. The studio room had large windows and a bathtub, which was refreshing. Overall, it's a great hotel!!

The hotel has a prime location and convenient transportation. It is close to many large shopping malls, restaurants and shops, and there are also many tourist attractions nearby. The service is also excellent, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, making it a hotel worth staying in.

You're probably choosing to stay here due to its location. This hotel is in the centre of everything! There's shopping and food immediately downstairs, and you've got great access to the MTR and buses. The airport bus is 5 minutes away, and even a taxi ride to the airport is only about $300HKD. A great bonus is having a laundromat on the next street over. The rooms themselves are a decent size. We stayed in a Deluxe room for 6 nights and it was a good size for us and our two large luggages. There was plenty of table and counter space in both the living area and washroom. The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries. The furnishings are starting to show their age, but shouldn't affect your stay. The staff are friendly and courteous, and there was never a long wait for any help. While the concierge and front desk are the face of the hotel, the housekeeping staff are truly understated. Our floor was staffed by Kathy, and we have nothing but praise for her. She always made sure to check up on how our stay was, but also reminded us to carry an umbrella during the rainy days of our stay or to make sure we were protected from the sun during the sunny days. We greatly appreciated her thoughtfulness.

The workers are very polite and kind. I do not like the hotel rules. I check out early because of it. Get food delivered? Have to go downstairs. Will not bring it to you or allow delivery person up to room. Slow wifi No robes allowed at breakfast. Why you have a dress code for breakfast?
