I booked the Crowne Plaza for a friend and myself while we attended All Points East festival - it was a decent distance to Victoria Park and we wanted somewhere quite nice to be able to relax. My friend asked if any larger rooms were available and the manager was very accommodating and upgraded us to a lovely big room which had a desk, sofa, mini-fridge - the works! The bed was massive and very comfortable and the whole room was clean and spacious which made life easier with our suitcases and outfit planning. We didn’t use any of the other facilities unfortunately as we didn’t have time, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location - super easy to get to from Paddington station with kids. Excellent service - the staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The hotel is super family friendly and the pool was great - we used it a lot! The cable car nearby is a great bonus for a fun way to get to public transport. City airport nearby went down really well with the kids as they’re big fans of airplanes. The rooms were clean and very comfortable- the breakfasts were delicious and very generous.

I can't stress enough how happy I am with my stay at the hotel, suma and joules genuinely was the best of the best, they would do anything to make our stay fantastic, what lovely people, they deserve all the credit in the world. They was training sanjida, I guarantee with their input, she will become just as good as they are. She's gonna be great aswell with the correct training. I can't stress enough how amazing they was on my overnight stay, fantastic people, I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family on the basis of their customer service. Credit where credit is due... Make sure suma takes her kids to the raf museum please, they will love it, this is how great the customer service was. Absolutely amazing people

Forgot to take photos of the hotel but there's also some good food and cafes in front of the hotel entrance. Hotel was good, though the bath plug didn't work, we didn't get enough towels there were 2 adults 2 kids but kept getting 2 towels and had to call or ask for more towels almost each night. The concierge was super lovely and helpful. We ended up getting breakfast every morning as there was a selection there in the buffet and convenient. But there was some confusion for the first 3 days of us going for breakfast whether kids were free under 5 etc. but once sorted it was good. There was a slightly rude staff member but otherwise everyone was lovely and nice. Location of the hotel is great not too far from public transport and it is a quiet. I'd recommend staying here with kids for sure as there's also an indoor small lap pool that is accessible.
