Crowne Plaza Heathrow is my go to for London travel. The rooms are large, beds comfortable, bathrooms spacious and nicely appointed with separate tub and shower, great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. The safes are large enough to hold a laptop along with anything else you may want to store. There are ice machines (!!!) available on several floors. There are plenty of elevators, so there's never a long wait. The front desk staff are all friendly, professional, and efficient - no surly attitudes or long waits here. Destination Bar (lobby bar) is a great place to relax after a long flight or day of sightseeing. They have an extensive drink menu and a small selection of bar food. The service is quick and friendly. Urban Brasserie is open for better dining in the evening and is also the location for the breakfast buffet. In addition to the standard English breakfast fare, there is a chef preparing omelets made to order. If you're looking for something more low key, you can make your way back to the airport and pick up a meal deal from Marks & Spencer for about $8. The Club Level rooms are definitely worth booking. Rooms are on the 6th floor (very quiet). The club lounge is open most of the day, with grab and go snacks and drinks available (cookies, chips/crisps, fruit, sodas, still water, sparkling water). From 6-8 each day, there is a selection of hors d'oeuvres and adult beverages. There are two hot options and two cold, and the selection changes daily. Red wine, white wine, and beer are offered. All of the food we had was very tasty, and filling enough to take the place of dinner. The best part of the club lounge is the staff. Mihaela and Khushbu are two of the nicest hospitality workers I have ever encountered, and they consistently went the extra mile to make sure that club lounge guests were happy. They were always smiling and made us feel very welcome.

I'm absolutely delighted with our stay at Crowne Plaza Heathrow Terminal 4! The Urban Restaurant truly impressed us with their mouth-watering dishes - the Tower Burger was cooked to perfection, the Beef Steak was tender and flavorful, and the Nasigore had just the right balance of spices. And let's not forget the decadent desserts that left us wanting more! But what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Gurupreeth, our server. Her warm smile, attentive nature, and welcoming demeanor made us feel like family. She knew exactly when to refill our glasses, clear our plates, and recommend the perfect dishes. And a huge thank you to Arleta, the manager, for ensuring our stay was nothing short of fantastic. She took the time to personally check in with us, gather our feedback, and make sure everything met our expectations. Her team is clearly well-managed and motivated, as they were all polite, efficient, and genuinely enthusiastic about providing excellent service. We're already planning our next trip and Crowne Plaza Heathrow Terminal 4 is top of our list. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and exceptional hotel experience, look no further! Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it ten stars if we could

This is the second time we've stayed at the Crowne Plaza, at Terminal 4, Heathrow, UK. The rooms are clean, the staff very welcoming, and willing to assist to ensure your stay is amazing. The location is excellent to the departures from Heathrow Airport, and easy access to the train services around London. However, what made our stay more enjoyable was the staff. Not only the staff upon entering the plaza, but the staff in the dining area. At breakfast each morning we were greeted with a welcoming smile by Abhishek. He was very professional, polite, ensured you needed nothing; he made it a point to make each guest feel welcome and personable! Job well done Mr. Abhishek!!

You stay at an airport hotel because there is the convenience to get on the early flight … the Crowne Plaza is a great choice at Heathrow Airport for exactly that. The challenge I have with airport hotels is that they never really care about you being there … you come and you go, so the Front Office staff portrayed exactly that at check in. The conversation between the two staff members and me was ‘when will you check out in the morning’ … response ‘very early’ … staff turning to colleague ‘then don’t worry about what room to offer’. Still, once in the room, it was clean, good size and it served the purpose.
