Big shout out to out to Dominic at reception. He upgraded my room for free and called to let me know the kitchen was about to close. Every member of staff here is very polite and the restaurant is better than most curry houses! Thanks again

Good hotel. Helpful staff. The King Suite With Balcony was spacious with two tvs and the view was spectacular. Unfortunetely, there was some refurbishment and maintanance going on next to our room and it was annoying. Other than that everything was great.

I have no complaints about the actual hotel, our room was clean and the service from front desk was good. The restaurant however was a very interesting experience. The food was fine (if not overpriced) but the service was the worst I've ever experienced. Noone seemed to know what they were doing. We ordered drinks, 1 out of 4 arrived within 10 minutes then we were left waiting for the others only to be told after a half hour wait (despite us asking if there was a problem whilst we waited) that the drinks we ordered weren't actually available. So we finished our meals before most of us had our drinks. There was no explanation or apology. They didn't clear our plates dispite confirming with us that we had finished. Very odd. Our request for our bill went ignored. No compensation offered, most places wouldn't charge for drinks that were served after such a wait but they weren't keen on resolving any issues. We explained that it was a very disappointing experience and they didn't seem to care. I wouldn't normally leave a negative review but after they didn't care to resolve anything they literally told me I could leave a review. So here it is!
