Cameron is an amazing. I had an excellent experience thanks to the front desk worker at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me warmly and made check-in quick and easy. She was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. I truly appreciated how attentive and friendly she was. Her outstanding service made me feel valued and welcomed as a guest. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, largely because of the excellent service at the front desk.

Perfect location to visit the sights of Seattle by foot. Lovely hotel, our room was spacious, very clean with super soft bedding and amazing views on the 27th floor! Parked the car here for 2 nights and was pleased with the service. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Gorgeous hotel! I was sad it was such a short night for me! Spacious, clean, accommodating, and amazing staff! Better than I expected! I would not even hesitate to book next time I'm in the area. Close to light rail and busses! High tech. Nice gift shop!

The hotel itself is very nice and the room was clean and adequate for 3 adults. It is in a convenient location near tourist places, or very accessible to public transportation. Having a refrigerator in the room was a plus. The self-serve market in the lobby (with a microwave available) was well stocked and available 24/7. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The agent at the desk handed us our key cards and told us to scan them on the red circle. She walked away and left three people wondering where the red circle was. Bear in mind after delated flights and changing multiple times zones, a little explanation would have gone a long way. Instead we wasted several minutes to finally find the red circle where only a midget could possibly see it. Our room did not receive any service the first morning, which wasn't a big deal to conserve materials and resources. But when the staff skipped our room the second day, it became a bigger deal. We needed clean towels and the ONE small trashcan for the room was running over. We did not request low/no service so not sure what was going on, but it was serviced only after notifying the front desk. We had an early event one morning and requested a wake-up call as a back up to our phone to make sure we had the correct time zone. The call never came. The final issue was that we had the bellhop stone our luggage in a storage room since our flight was after the checkout time. Unfortunately, when I came to the bellhop's station, no one was there. I waited a good 5 minutes before walking away to sit in the lobby and hope someone would show up. Finally one of the agents at the check-in counter came over to ask if I needed something. He retrieved out suitcases. I watched as he left the storage room door open and 3 other random people just walked in and got suitcases themselves. No one assisted them, no one asked for their claim ticket, and no one stopped them. Doesn't seem like a secure area for your items. And a word to the wise, the website says "breakfast is available" but that doesn't mean it's included in your stay. The buffet is $27/person if you're planning your budget. This place could have easily gotten a 4-star rating from me if the employees had made any effort towards customer service. It's a nice place, convenient, and clean, but the service aspect dropped my rating when they consistently failed to assist guests.
