Das Holzhaus is nestled within Lake Crackenback Resort amid the beautiful Snowy Mountains, approximately a 20-minute drive to neighbouring Jindabyne and Thredbo. Within moments of your doorstep, you can access one of the many walking and biking trails, or try your hand at fly fishing at multiple spots nearby.

The resort is approximately a five-hour drive from Sydney. Transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Welcome to das Holzhaus, a stunning chalet with room for up to eight guests located in the heart of the magnificent Snowy Mountains, amid a remote landscape that can only be described as truly breathtaking.

Make the resort your outdoor playground and breathe in the fresh mountain air by stepping onto the nearby hiking trails or bike tracks just moments from your doorstep, fishing in the Thredbo River and allowing yourself to be inspired by the vast, open spaces that stretch into the distance as far as the eye can see.

You’ll have the luxury of this entire chalet to yourself, with plenty of space for the whole group including three bedrooms, two bathrooms with free-standing bathtubs – both with mountain views – laundry facilities, entertaining spaces with TVs with access to the das Holzhaus’ Netflix account, and little luxuries such as a Nespresso coffee machine. You’ll find space in the garage for mountain bikes and drying areas for all your ski equipment, meaning you won’t have to worry about a thing other than your next adventure.
