Important: You must carry a valid open water diving certification to participate in this package and must be presented to your divemaster on arrival. If you do not have a valid certification or unable to present to your diver master, you will not be permitted to participate in any dives.

Twin-Share Package: The package is valid for ONE PERSON aged 18 years or older (based on twin share). If you are travelling with another person you must purchase TWO PACKAGES, otherwise, if travelling alone, you must purchase the Solo Traveller package option. See the package options for further details. Solo travellers will get their own room throughout the tour.

Private Departures Available: Guests must be aged 18 years or older. If you wish to travel with children, or on your own private tour together with friends, please enquire for further information (minimum two travellers – surcharges apply).

Travel insurance is compulsory. We suggest purchasing travel insurance as soon as possible after purchasing this package.

Luggage Allowance: Luggage allowance per person is 20kg maximum (unless otherwise stated) to allow for ease of transport on the journey.

The following courses are optional and in addition to your tour and incur an additional charge:

• PADI Open Water Course: Non-divers can opt to do a PADI Open Water Course. This four-day course is a basic diving certification course, which includes the equipment rental for the duration of the course, four open water dives, all theory and practice sessions (A$840 per person).
• PADI Advanced Open Water Course: Complete your PADI Advanced Open Water Course as part of this package. Continue your diving education while getting certified to go deeper and learn about other diving specialities such as wreck diving. This certificate takes you through specialised types of diving. You must complete five dives in total, including a deep dive and underwater navigation dive. PADI certification, tuition and instruction included (A$715 per person).

A visa may be required. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they’re holding a current visa for the countries they’re visiting. Also, if the traveller is on a non-Australian passport, a valid re-entry visa may be required.

Important: Please start arranging your visa at least 6-8 weeks prior to departure to account for any delays due to consulate operating hours and processing time.

A valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond your return travel date is required for all passengers (including children and infants).

Accommodation is subject to availability and may be substituted for a hotel of a similar standard.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults.

Guests must be aged 18 years or older.

Arrival and departure transfers are only available on the first and last day of the tour. Any arrivals and departures outside of these days will need to make their own arrangements to/from the airport.

Day 1: Arrive at Toberua Island

Welcome to Fiji! Upon arrival at Suva (Nausori) Airport (SUV), you will be met by our local representative and transferred by speedboat to your breathtaking beachfront resort hotel located on Toberua island, a nature sanctuary known for its stunning reef and diverse marine ecosystems.

Create your very own itinerary on this spectacular tour. With ten dives included in your package, you will have the flexibility to do as much or as little as you like. With the help of your local dive expert, map out your adventure and choose whether to embark on two dives in the morning, leaving your afternoon free for relaxation, or do one dive in the morning and one in the afternoon — the choice is yours. This evening enjoy a welcome dinner and discuss your plan for the days to follow.

The below is a sample itinerary — with 11 boat dive sites available, offering beginner to advanced levels, your guide will be sure to design the perfect itinerary to suit your interests and diving level.

Day 2: Toberua Private Island

This morning enjoy a sumptuous breakfast and then head off for your two dives.

Intermediate divers will enjoy an excursion to Shark Reef (12–22m), home of the majestic white tip reef sharks. This site has many dramatic, skittle-coloured rocky coral formations, and you might have the chance to swim through giant coral archways. You can expect to see plenty of fish and the occasional turtle on your dive. Your second dive today will take you to Sacred Reef (beginner to advanced 6–20m). The dive starts on a giant coral head, moving on to a shallow wall. This site has a small cave: as we swim through it, you will discover a beautiful coral garden. The marine life here is great — the reef is home to many white tip reef sharks, turtles, eagle rays, gropers, napoleon wrasses and large gorgonian fans.

Return to the resort in time for lunch and enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your leisure.

Day 3: Toberua Private Island

After breakfast, we will first visit the Stairway to Heaven (beginner to advanced 9–20m). This is a shallow dive that has three gigantic coral heads. You will have the opportunity to see many types of fish including the rare frogfish and a resident green sea turtle.

Return to the resort late this morning and enjoy some relaxation, before heading out this afternoon to My Favourite (beginner to advanced 7–24m): a gorgeous soft coral garden brimming with colourful marine life. See leaf fish, nudibranch, turtles, white tip reef sharks and a wide variety of reef fish.

Return to the island late this afternoon where this evening is at leisure.

Day 4: Toberua Private Island

Settle into 'Fiji time' this morning and enjoy a late breakfast.

Then, this afternoon we will embark on two reef dives. First, explore Epeli’s Surprise (beginner to intermediate 3–12m). Located only a five-minute boat ride from the resort, this is a great drift dive experience. Juvenile fish, hard corals, and stingrays are often seen while drifting. The second dive will take you to Magic Reef (beginner 9–18 meters), a shallow slope that has an abundance of amazing coral and is home to literally hundreds of different reef fish. Enjoy this easy dive before returning back to the island for a stunning Fijian sunset.

Day 5: Toberua Private Island

Enjoy a full day at leisure relaxing in your Oceanfront Bure or enjoy many of the island activities. Enjoy a long list of complimentary activities such as kayaking and snorkelling, or you may want to pick up sailing or stand-up paddleboarding. Alternatively, why not try inner or outer reef sport fishing (extra charges apply) or simply sit back and enjoy the Fijian sunshine.

Day 6: Toberua Private Island

Today you will venture out to Everette’s Paradise (beginner to advanced 3–28m). Comprised of two large connected corals and a wall, this dive allows you to enjoy whatever depth you are comfortable with. The whole dive can be spent viewing corals and schools of fish — you might spot sharks, turtles and dolphins.

In the afternoon, dive Picnic Mountain (beginner to advanced 4–30m), a spectacular coral mountain. The base of the reef lies at 28m below the water and it takes approximately 12 minutes to complete a full revolution of the mountain. Then, we will continue the circle at a shallower depth, admiring healthy coral formations as we swim through the sparkling Fijian waters.

Day 7: Toberua Private Island

Enjoy breakfast at the resort and spend the final day revisiting two of your favourite dive sites, or, for the advanced divers, head out to The Playground (Advanced 6–22m). A true playground for divers, this site is home to a large number of sea fans, reef sharks, morays and turtles. Enjoy the various swim-throughs, overhangs, crevasses and caves as you explore this beautiful marine region. Then, we will visit Twin Sisters (advanced 4–25 m). Circle the two large pinnacles, perhaps passing turtles, white tip reef sharks, nurse sharks, eagle rays, sea fans, and a wide variety of colourful reef fish along the way.

This evening enjoy a farewell dinner as the sunsets over this gloriously beautiful island paradise.

Day 8: Depart Toberua Private Island

After breakfast, transfer back by speedboat to Suva (Nausori) Airport (SUV) for your onward journey. Depending on your flight time, the remainder of the day is at your leisure.

Airport transfers and speed boat transfers are included in your tour and operate 24 hours a day depending on your flight schedule. They are included on the first and last day only. You may depart at any time after breakfast from Suva on Day 8.
