7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a credit up to 45 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Dining Credit: Daily US$30 breakfast credit can be redeemed at Natura Cafe. Credit does not accumulate. The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No minimum spend applies.
- Chaise lounges by the pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis, unless included in select room packages or booked through Reserve Beach Access at The Beach at Dream Downtown. To access the pool, hotel guests can reserve a wristband directly with TAO or by booking the exclusive Dream Beach Escape package.
- Pool hours are as follows:
- 8am to 10.30am – Open to all hotel guests, all ages.
- 11am to 4pm – Access via TAO ticket only; guests must be 21+.
- 4pm to 7pm – Complimentary access for all hotel guests; guests must be 21+.
