D’Sawah Villa Umalas is ideally situated in the heart of Umalas, offering easy access to the area’s best beaches, nightlife and dining. The world-famous Tanah Lot Temple is a 30-minute drive. The hotel is approximately a 45-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in select packages only, please see the Fine Print for details.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily a la carte breakfast is served in-villa from 7am to 11am.
• Daily set-menu lunch or dinner is served in-villa at guests’ request.
• Beer inclusion can be served with either breakfast, lunch or dinner.
• Included massage is a Balinese massage, provided in-villa. Advanced bookings are essential.
• Floating breakfast is a one-time inclusion and must be booked in advance.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Canna Bali, one cocktail (21+) or mocktail per person, use of the Luxury Escapes pre-departure lounge, IDR500,000 discount on the Heritage Set Menu at Cliff VIP Dining Restaurant (reservations required, minimum two), IDR100,000 discount on one 60-minute massage, IDR100,000 discount on one jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount on second bottle of selected wine, one canoe activity and one ice cream per child.
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number
• Upon arrival, provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only
• Access to Canna Bali is permitted once at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes stay
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800. OR A shared transfer to and from the beach club is available for select Nusa Dua resorts. Please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com to arrange.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• For packages with return transfers: if you wish to take advantage of the Luxury Escape departure lounge, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance to confirm your preferred departure transfer pickup location.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail (21+) or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:
